Sparky Steps was founded in 2016 with a mission to spend our days taking care of your beloved pets and to encourage people to volunteer to help and adopt shelter animals!
Our company is named after the founder’s dog Sparky to keep his legacy going. He sparked so much joy into our lives that we decided to dedicate our lives to animals. Now every day we get to spend our days taking care of pets with the same love we gave to Sparky!
We know what you are looking for in a pet sitter and our aim is to fulfill your needs to the max! We assign two pet sitters to your pet(s) that you will meet in person before anyone has access to your keys.
It’s all about your comfort level with us. We start each new relationship with a Free Meet and Greet. This way we all can make sure we are the perfect fit for each other. DOG WALKING AND CAT SITTING VISITS
Sparky Steps visits include love, fresh water, feeding, and medications. We customize your pet care needs based on what you need. Pricing for weekdays between 9AM – 5PM are listed below. Surcharges may apply. Please keep in mind that our visits start when we arrive at your home and end when we leave your home. We are looking forward to caring for your pets!

DOG SITTING
We offer a staycation for your pet at your home! This allows your dog to maintain their routine in the safety and comfort of their own environment. While you’re on vacation, the furry one is going on a staycation with us! We will come visit your furry ones to feed them, walk them, follow your directions, and show them some love!
Sparky Steps offers Dog Sitting between 9AM – 9PM. This includes 3 30-Minute Visits (9AM morning walk, 3PM afternoon walk, and 9PM evening walk), feedings, freshwater replacements, playtime, and anything else you need. We can add on additional walks as needed.
There is a $45 deposit for all vacation clients. We understand plans may change; however, deposits are now required to ensure that our clients don’t hold a reservation and cancel last minute. We will charge the $45 security deposit at the time of booking and will refund once the booking has been completed. The security deposit is non-refundable if the reservation is canceled or the reservation dates change.
For an additional $50 per night, we can stay overnight with your pet.

SCHEDULING
We utilize DoTimely for all our Pet Care Scheduling Needs. IOS and Android apps ready. You can schedule appointments, manage pet profiles, view service reports and invoices right from your phone!
We create peace of mind with the photos, notes and GPS tracking. Each visit we take three photos: 1 to start the visit, 1 during the walk, and 1 to end the visit. We leave a comment with each visit to keep you updated. We use GPS tracking to track where we have been. After every walk you get a confirmation email with all this information to let you know how everything went.
Strong communication is what we aim to deliver, and this app allows us to deliver on that promise.
