Submission Requirements: 

To keep our website safe and improve its SEO, all submissions must meet the following strict requirements:

1. Content Integrity (Putting People First)

• Original and Written by People: Articles must be completely new and not published anywhere else.  We check for plagiarism and make sure that all of our content is written by people by using tools like QuillBot.
• Quality and Accuracy: The information must be correct, well-researched, and helpful for pet owners, pet sitters, or people who work in the industry.
• Brand Voice: The content should be friendly, authoritative, and written in a way that is supportive and helpful.

2. SEO and Formatting

• Word Count: Each article should have between 800 and 1,500+ words.
• Headings: Use the right heading structure (H1, H2, H3) to make your content easier to read and understand.
• Internal Links: There should be at least three to five links to other Sparky Steps pages or posts that are related.
• Links to other sites: To back up your claims, you need to include at least two or three links to high-authority, non-competing sites (like veterinary sites or research papers).

3. Standards for visuals and technology

• Image Requirement: For the post, include one or two high-quality, free images that can be used without paying royalties.
