What happens if my regular walker is sick or away?
This is exactly why our backup system exists. Every pet is paired with a primary walker and a familiar, fully vetted backup who already knows the routine. If your primary is ever unavailable, your backup steps in, so your pet never misses a walk and never gets a total stranger.
Will my pet really see the same trusted people?
Yes, and that consistency is the whole point. You get a small, familiar care team, your primary walker plus a known backup, rather than a different gig worker each time. Your pet builds a real relationship, and we keep detailed notes so everyone stays on the same page.
How is this different from Rover or Wag?
