Here at Sparky Steps, our mission has always been about more than just dog walking—it is about building connections and serving the community we love. That is why we are incredibly thrilled to announce that we are now official members of the Albany Park Chamber of Commerce!
Why We Joined the Chamber
The Albany Park Chamber of Commerce is an amazing program operated by the North River Commission. They serve as the leading advocate for the business community across the vibrant neighborhoods of Albany Park, Irving Park, Mayfair, and North Park.
Our daily dog walks take us through these beautiful, tree-lined streets, and we constantly see what makes this area so special. This community is widely celebrated as one of the most ethnically diverse neighborhoods in the entire country. It is a true melting pot where over 40 languages are spoken in local schools, and its stunning tapestry of cultures proudly defines its character. We joined the Chamber because we believe in supporting local businesses, investing in our local economy, and giving back to the pet parents and neighbors who make the Northwest Side such an incredible place to live.
