Tell us about Memphis!
"Memphis is a 1.5-year-old American bulldog, he is an emotional support dog. Memphis loves being outdoors, hiking, and finding new trails to walk on. Memphis enjoys swimming and running around with his fur friends. After a long day of playing outside he loves to cuddle up on the couch with you and snuggle.”

“I am that “dog mom”
Where did you meet?
"I got Memphis almost 2 years ago when I started down my road to recovery from addiction. I suffer from PTSD, Social Anxiety, and ADHD. I was having a hard time coping with a sober lifestyle so I got Memphis as a puppy and trained him to be my emotional support dog. Memphis is amazing and has helped me so much with my recovery. He is my best friend and the reason I get up every day. Memphis has taught me responsibility, accepting myself for who I am. Getting Memphis was the best decision I have ever made!”
Tell us a story!
" Memphis loves kids! I have lots of little cousins that like to stop by the house. They love playing hide and seek with Memphis. I will keep Memphis inside the house while the kids go and hide outside then I let Memphis out and he runs around and finds them once he finds them he barks and then sits down until you come out of your hiding spot.”
What do you think it means to be a pet? What is a pet's purpose in this life?
“The ones we rescue, rescue us”
How does Freya spark joy in your life?
“Memphis sparks joy in my life by acting silly.”
What do you think are the most pressing issues that are in the pet industry today?
"Puppy Mills”
Do you think it's more important to talk about the issues or act on them?
"Both”
Memphis sounds like an awesome pup to have in life, look at that smile! We're glad you two found each other. We hope this will Spark someone to go out and make a difference in an animal’s life because they definitely make an impact on ours. We are so lucky to have doggies in our life.
